"...I was able to reserve a cleaning date with no problem. Barry showed up on time and services took about three hours. He did a good job and was very courteous. He did some carpet stretching and some seam repair. I phoned the next day after the carpets dried because I felt that the seam repair needed attention. Jay answered, assessed the situation, came to the house the next morning and made the correction. It now looks beautiful. He also recleaned some carpet that he wanted to make sure was done well. I felt it was but he went the extra mile, of course, with no charge. I am very pleased with the overall experience and recommend this company highly..."

"...My experiences with this company were outstanding from start to finish. I was provided a very reasonable estimate by Jay the owner, who was very timely in responding to me with phone calls & emails as appropriate. Jay also went out of his way to accomodate my request of schedule for the work.
On the scheduled day, Barry called me to confirm the appointment and his estimated arrival time. He arrived at my home when promised and did an excellent job with the carpet cleaning. I advised him I had just had painting done and he took special care to protect the newly painted walls as he worked. He moved the furniture to do a thorough cleaning, and returned the furniture to the original positions with protectors under the legs. He worked on a few extra stain spots. Barry was very respectful and professional & did a great job. My carpets look beautiful!"

"...I've used this company in the past but was unaware when I scheduled the appointment they were the same company. I was pleased 3 years ago, as well as today with the carpet cleaning.
They arrived within the 1 hour time frame. I had some very nasty stains which they were not sure would come out. They told me they would try their best but could make no promises. The stains had been there for some time and I was not even sure what they were (wine, coffee, etc.)... did an excellent job on these stains. There were five in the one bedroom, 3 were completely gone and two left a very faint shadow. The rust stain in the mud room was completely gone.
The price was perfect, the service was excellent and my carpets look absolutely beautiful!!!! I am very very pleased..."

I contacted Jay the owner by email and he promptly responded within 24 hours by telephone. His system has an auto response programed which lets you know he will be in touch the following business day and he is as prompt as his message. His employees are prompt, professional and courteous. The price was reasonable and I feel that I recieve more than I paid for. If this company is able to maintain its attention to customer service I will never go to another. There are many competitors on the market that may be able to offer those $99 deals. And believe me, my husband harassed me no end to go that route. But for a comparable amount of money we received a higher level of service. Without being nickle and dimed by the other guy.

"...My experience with this owner and his business was extremely positive. Water from my roof had fallen like a waterfall into my window well in the basement, blowing out the basement window completely and flooding my basement. Jay immediately took my call, listened to my situation, and came over to my house to give me an estimate in a matter of hours (same day). He immediately cleaned the water out of my basement and removed the soggy carpet, even though it was after 8 pm at night! He came back the next day and took out all the linoleum, scraped the floor under the linoleum, and left industrial fans and dehumidifier going in my basement for several days - in fact, 3 days more than he actually charged me for, because I was going out of town for the weekend, and he just left the fans and dehumidifier over the weekend for me. Jay was willing to take the linoleum and carpet to the landfill without charging me. He is energetic and a very fast worker. Jay is professional, very polite, and a thoughtful person. I highly recommend this business because they are so responsive and so easy to work with..."
