Our Unique, 9-Step Carpet Cleaning Process

When the technician arrives, we will take a quick tour of the home with the homeowner, to examine the areas to be cleaned.

1. During this time, we will confirm the price estimate given over the phone. Questions such as the process and pricing should be asked at this step.
2. Our technician will move furniture before, during, and after the carpet cleaning process. We are able to move furniture such as tables, chairs, sofas, and other common furniture. Unfortunately, due to liability concerns, we cannot move expensive and/or extremely heavy furniture such as china cabinets, big screen televisions, and pianos.
3. In addition to moving the furniture, we place styrofoam blocks under furniture that may be harmed either by the wet carpet or chemicals.
4. The carpet cleaning process begins with a biodegradable citrus-boosted pre-treatment agent. The unique pre-treatment agent that we use is applied to carpets prior to our cleaning process to help loosen the soil from the carpet by increasing the pH level. While most companies charge extra for this step, it is included in our price because we feel that it is essential to getting the job done right the first time.
5. If there are any spots on the carpet such as blood stains, juice, and ink, the technician will treat these areas at this time with special treatments, designed specifically for the type of stain. Most stains come out included in our price, however, there are special circumstances where we may charge extra for certain stains, depending of the difficulty. Certain stains may require extra attention and the use of specially designed chemicals to reverse the chemical makeup of the stain.
6. The carpets are then steam cleaned using a powerful truck-mounted carpet cleaning system (we bring our own water and do not use your energy).
7. Waste water which was extracted from the carpets is pulled into a recovery tank located inside our trucks. The dirty water is NOT dumped down your toilet or in your driveway.
8. At customer's request, carpet protectors and deodorizers are now applied.
9. Finally, we will review our work with you for any feedback or concerns and present you with the invoice for payment. No bait-and-switch or price surprises. For your convenience we accept cash, check, all major credit/debit cards, and PayPal.
