Company History

SteamMyCarpets.com was founded by an Ex-United States Navy Corpsman, who in his mid 20's, came up with a great idea of mixing his military and carpet care experience in a pursuit of creating the perfect carpet care company. Having over 13 years of carpet care experience under his belt, Jay dedicated another 2 years researching, comparing and testing different products, equipment and methods of fiber care.

Very quickly Jay started noticing a big difference between dry and steam cleaning; dry cleaning equipment did cost less, but it only cleaned the top surface of the fiber without extraction. On the other hand, the steam method used forceful steam and a powerful extraction which instantly brought carpets back to life. This along with the use of the right amount of the proper, top of the line chemicals, helped Jay prosper by gaining many satisfied customers.

Our company offers many other services such as: upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, carpet stretching service, water damage restoration, and floor waxing service. We covers areas such as: Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Delaware County in Pennsylvania. We also service some parts of New Jersey such as Camden and Pennsauken.
